Dottie Copps lives in Vermont, where she spends a lot of her time outdoors, exercising and participating in outdoor sports. She loves to spend time with her friends and family, participating in physical activities that just a few years ago, she could not dream of attempting. Today she is the proud owner of a blue belt in Taekwondo and is avidly working towards her goal of achieving her black belt as she continues on the journey to achieve optimal health.
